Shipping Info
Koality Living Essentials is located in Toowoomba, Queensland, Australia. Pick up is available on all orders, free of charge. Delivery is available within 10 kilometres, free of charge.
Due to shipping restrictions on essential oils, packages containing essential oils can only be transported by road. This means that while I am able to ship to destinations within Australia, shipping times will be extended. If you are located outside of Australia and are interested in having products shipped to you, please contact me.
Return Policy
I do not accept returns on orders for health and hygiene reasons. If you have any problems with your purchase, please contact me and I will be happy to help resolve the issue.
Refill Policy
If you are a returning customer, I offer a refill service. If you are interested in purchasing a product again, you are welcome to have your roller, bottle, jar, or container refilled at a discounted price.
