❄️ Cold Weather & Your Health

Did you know that even moderately cold weather can increase the risk of illness and injury? Winter isn’t just uncomfortable—it can affect your heart, lungs, immune system, and overall wellbeing.

Stay Healthy This Winter:
✅ Keep your home warm (around 18°C if possible)
✅ Wear layers and keep moving throughout the day
✅ Stay hydrated and enjoy warm, nutritious meals
✅ Get your flu vaccination
✅ Check in on elderly family, friends, and neighbours
✅ Make sure heaters and gas appliances are serviced and safe

Who is most at risk?
• Older adults
• Babies and young children
• People with heart or lung conditions
• Those living alone or with limited heating options

Winter Wellness Tip🩷
Stay active, regular massage, stretching, and gentle exercise can help improve circulation, reduce muscle stiffness, and keep you moving comfortably during the colder months.

Happy Mother’s Day

Exciting News🥳

To my valued clients,

Please be advised that my final day at Torquay Therapy will be April 30, 2026. I have made the decision to return to Thailand to begin a new chapter of my life.

I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to have treated so many of you. Thank you for all of your feedback, your continued support, and for trusting me with your health and well-being. It has been a truly rewarding experience for me.

I wish you all the very best on your continued wellness journeys.

With gratitude,
May

We would like to inform you of our updated cancellation and rescheduling policy.

Cancellations or changes are not permitted within 12 hours of your appointment. Any cancellations made within this timeframe, or missed appointments, will incur a $50 fee per service.

Please note that this policy applies to all clients, and no exceptions will be made. Rescheduling is also not allowed within 12 hours of your appointment.

If you miss your appointment or cancel late, the fee must be paid before making a new booking. You are welcome to book your next appointment online at your convenience after paying the fees.

We appreciate your understanding, as our therapist only have few spots available per day to maintain the quality of the service. We value the quality of the service more than the quantity and as we often have clients on our waitlist, and late cancellations make it difficult for us to accommodate everyone efficiently.

We would like to announce our holiday closure dates for Christmas and New Year.
Our shop will be closed on 25–26 December 2025 and 1 January 2026.

Thank you for your understanding, and we wish you a joyful holiday season. 🎉

Hate to say that our Fantastic Friday deals for $15 off will be finished on 31 December 2025. We are so grateful and appreciative of every single one of your support.🙏🩷
