Yoga at Sublime Health Club is back 💙
A few changes...
A monthly 75-minute deeply restorative Yin Yoga class designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body and create space for yourself.
Yoga is for everybody. If you have a body, you have a yoga body. Whether you are completely new to yoga or have been practising for years, you are welcome.
The class is calm, supportive and accessible, with a simple, no-frills approach. My role is to facilitate and hold space for you to explore your own experience, with options and support to make the practice work for your body.
Some months, there will also be occasional collaborative sessions with local musicians, incorporating ambient music and kirtan to create a gentle, immersive experience. We'll let you know when these special sessions are happening.
