Bee’s Lash Lounge specialise in premium damages from lash extensions. Certified by Lash X Artistry eyelash extensions academy located in Melbourne Beauty Salon. SCHEDULE ADJUSTMENTS:
Your appointment is very important to me and is reserved especially for you. i understand that schedule adjustments are sometimes necessary, therefore I respectfully request a minimum of 24 hours notice for any resche

duling or cancellations of your appointment. STRICT & ENFORCED 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY:
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without adequate notice, I am missing the opportunity to fill that appointment time with standby clients who may be waiting. All appointments are confirmed 24 hours in advance to try and avoid clients forgetting or missing their appointment. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals or you will have to pay your cancelation fee of $30. ($30 DEPOSIT will automatically be taken)

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
All appointments have been designed to allow appropriate time for full enjoyment of the services. Your late arrival limits my ability to offer the complete possible experience. Please be aware that late arrivals will shorten the service to the next clients treatment is not affected. If you are more than 20 mins late you will have to reschedule your appointment as I won’t have enough time to do a FULL SET. (Before you can reschedule your appointment you will be charged with a rebooking fee of $30). RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT
If you need to reschedule your appointment for any reason, it may be more than 4 weeks after your original appointment and a full set will be required. However, I will try my best to put you on my next available appointment. NO REFUND
No Refund is given under any circumstances (allergic reactions/dissatisfaction of results/change of mind). However, I’ll honour a complementary removal or touch up (Conditions apply). Any issue with the lashes within 3 days you must contact via FACEBOOK/ INSTAGRAM/ MESSENGER/ TEXT MESSAGE and make an appointment within 7 days. I will fix it for you without any charge. Overall, I pride myself in giving all my clients the best customer service. Thank you so much for your compliance and support!

To all my babes in Townsville and out of town…

I would like to inform everybody that Bee’s Lash Lounge has come to an end this year! 😫 due to the circumstance of our living arrangement I am no longer accepting nor doing lashes! And I’m very sad about this as I love seeing you all walking out of my house looking FABULOUS!

But also I have a good news! This is only going to be temporary until Ariah and I get our own place again!

Im sorry to see you all guys go but I hope that I’ll see you guys again soon!
