Hi everyone happy Saturday! if you are coming to Circl today at 10. 15am please bring an extra mat or towel to place under your knees. There is just a couple of moves on our knees but there is the option to adapt them as well

Ever wondered what we do in Circl class? Here’s a quick breakdown:
1. Warm up- Gentle flowing movements with breath work
2. Mobility: Movement Patterns to improve joint range and help relax the nervous system
3. State of Flow: Movement Patterns done consecutively to improve joint health, circulation, strength, endurance, coordination and even memory and concentration
4. Flexibility: Static stretching to reduce stiffness and renew your body
5. Mindful ending: with breath work and cool down movements to release stress

Full standing routine as requested! We’ll be working on our balance, stability and mobility. We’ll also be warming up and ending with t’ai chi inspired moves

Gentle slow, ranging movements will have you feeling fantastic for the whole weekend. This class is suitable for all levels and also a great cooldown after doing heavier exercises. I have reduced the transitions and will demonstrate different levels you can choose
