PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY
We are committed to protecting Your privacy. All information gathered during your service is used to give us a better understand of your needs and if there are any factors that may interact with the service being performed. All information provided by our clients on our forms is treated as highly confidential they are scanned after your service, into your electronic file then shredded. All information is store in the cloud for safety and security.
PRICES
Service Prices and other charges displayed on our online pages, in salon and in any printed format are current at the time of issue, Prices are subject to change at any time.
PAYMENT
We accept payment via Direct deposit into our account, cash or by Square Card Reader with $0.50 cent processing fee on completion of service.
PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME!
Arriving on time, or 5 minutes before your appointment, ensures that you do not miss a single minute of your treatment. If you are late, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to perform the service. We cannot keep others waiting for their service, just as you would not like to be kept waiting!
24-HOUR BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
As an independent Australian-owned business, we thank you for your consideration of our 24-hour cancellation policy. Our booking policy does not only protect our business, but also affects our affordability and ensures fair treatment to all our clients.
Please book carefully. No-shows and last-minute cancellations mean that other clients cannot book into that time slot and it wastes the time and expertise of our highly trained professional therapists.
A 50% deposit is required to secure all bookings over $40.00.
We understand that sometimes bookings need to be changed, so you will be allowed to change your booking if you give us 48 hours’ notice. Your deposit can either be refunded or held for your next booking.
Messages left on Sundays or public holidays will only be regarded as lodged the morning of the next business day.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase and are non-refundable, they must be presented at the time of Service.

SAFE PRACTICES
We consider all our clients to be a special part of our Dragonfly* Nails and Beauty family and therefore would like to share some important policies to protect the safety of all our Clients and staff. Your wellbeing remains our highest priority.
If you have any cold / flu-like symptoms that may include a runny nose, sore throat, sneezing or a temperature, please reschedule your appointment. We love people but must ask that you do not bring anyone else including children (The salon is not a safe environment for small children) to your appointment, as we have been advised to keep clients to a minimum. It is a condition upon entry that you please ensure you sanitize your hands-with the sanitiser provided.
As we are a business that is responsible for caring for so many clients, we feel it is important for us to be transparent with you about our health and safety practises. These practices include:
o Disinfecting after each client of non-disposable equipment.
o Social distancing where possible.
o Hand sanitisers available all over the salon.
o All staff have completed a Covid-19 Certification and sanitation, disinfectant practices and procedures for the Beauty Industry.
o Staff will wear gloves and face masks as required for everyone’s safety.

COMPLAINTS
If you are not happy with any part of your Service or treatment, please approach our Business owner who will help to resolve and discuss any issues relating to your service.

REFUSAL OF ENTRY OR SERVICE
We reserve the right to refuse entry or services to any Client who is:
 Displaying any sign of illness that is contagious.
 Any violence or abuse towards staff.
 Any form of Racism or intolerance towards others.
