Reno’s complete and loving being back in my little sanctuary. Feels fresh.

It has begun. As many of you know, the time has finally come to fix the flooring downstairs.
I reopen on the 23rd of September if it goes to plan. God willing it does.
At this time my first available appointment is 9th of October.
I will keep you posted.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank each and every person who has supported me this year. I look forward to seeing you all in 2025.

I pray you all have a very Merry Christmas and that the coming new year is filled with blessings.

Time for a well deserved break and I will be back on the 7th of January.

Hello my lovelies. My appointment book is nearly completely full for the year. I have only a few spots left;

Wednesday the 4th of December. Thursday the 5th of December. Tuesday the 10th of December.

Please secure your spot otherwise see you in the New Year. I will be closed between the 23rd of December until the 7th of January.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION PLEASE READ

I am sad to have to write this post but due to the amount of no-shows/cancellations I need to.

I am blessed to have great regular clients and I truly appreciate the loyalty they show me. I make myself available in and outside of business hours and I am always willing to change appointments when requested.

If you fail to show for your appointment, and you also fail to notify me by phone, text or Facebook Messenger you will need to understand that I may not take future bookings for you.

Appropriate cancellation notice is a minimum of 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If less than 24 hours you will be required to pay 40% of your service. If you choose not to , you may not receive future bookings.

New clients will be required to pay a 50% deposit to secure your first booking. If the appropriate notice of cancellation is not given or you are a no-show this deposit will not be refunded.

If you're going to be late please let me know.
Most appointments are booked back to back and if you're running 15min late we may need to reschedule your appointment as I will not have enough time to provide the service you're booked in for.

I mean no offence by taking this stance, but I do so to keep my prices affordable and my small business sustainable.

My business is my job. It's how I pay my bills.
It may be ‘just a missed appointment’ to you, but it is a costly inconvenience for me.
