This 2 Day ‘𝗟𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳, 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗟𝗶𝗳𝗲®’ 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽 is a safe space to discover aspects of yourself that may be preventing you from achieving what you are capable of.

You will gain tools, knowledge and support that will take your life to another level.

Based on the Philosophy of Louise L. Hay and her book 𝘠𝘰𝘶 𝘊𝘢𝘯 𝘏𝘦𝘢𝘭 𝘠𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘓𝘪𝘧𝘦, the 2 days offer a combination of reflection, discussion and interactions that take you on a journey of exploration and self discovery.

Areas covered in the journey include:
- identifying negative thought patterns and beliefs
- responsibilities we take on as a result of our childhood experiences
- getting in touch with our Inner Child
- mind-body connection
- forgiveness
- self-approval and self acceptance
