Some of you might remember this familiar face, after a few years away Stacey will be back joining the She team starting January 18th 🤩
Stacey will be in the salon Wednesday 9:30am-8pm and Fridays 9am-2:30pm
She is bringing her own clientele but still has availability for more!

We understand that life happens and sometimes you may not be able to make your appointments. However we will now be enforcing a cancellation/confirmation policy.

We are only a small team with a high appointment demand and unfortunately last minute changes to our schedules do not allow us time to offer appointments to anyone else. Meaning clients on the cancellation list miss out on getting their hair done and we miss out on business.

Booking reminders are sent out three days prior to appointments so we appreciate a minimum of 24 hours notice in the case you need to cancel/reschedule.

In the case you do not confirm your appointment we will assume you will not be attending and offer the slot to another waiting client.
Please note we will always attempt to contact you before cancelling the appointment.

Time can get away from us all but we also ask that if you are running late to call ahead and let us know as we may have to adjust your service so we don’t run behind for our next clients. If you are going to be overly late we may ask you to reschedule.
