We completely understand that things can happen and sometimes appointments need to be missed. However, when an appointment is a no-show, it has a significant impact on our small salon.
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We’ve allocated our stylist’s time, prepared for your service, and potentially turned away other clients who would have loved to take that appointment. When someone doesn’t arrive and we haven’t had enough notice to fill the spot, that time and the income that comes with it is simply lost.
As a small business, every appointment matters. We still have wages, rent, products and other salon costs to cover, whether a client attends or not.
Our no-show policy isn’t intended to be punitive. It’s there to protect our small business and our staff’s time, while ensuring we can continue providing the level of service our clients expect.
Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Running a business and being a mum can be a juggle, and lately I've been working three late nights but this means three less nights I get to put my babies to bed and spend time with them. So I've decided to drop a late night so I can have more family time. But this also means I will be in the salon on a Thursday until 9pm It's hard to find a balance, and it's not forever, but I need adjust my times as they are not little forever and sometimes just need mum. So grateful to hubby for holding down the fort so I can run my business and cater to all my beautiful clients. A big thank you to my clients for being so understanding and flexible and being there on the tough days.
My days now are :
Tuesday 9:30am -3pm then 6pm-9pm
Wednesday 9:30am -3pm
Thur 9:30am -3pm then 6pm -9pm
Friday 9:30am -3pm
