Rather than doing an overall price increase, l’ve decided to keep EFT/card payments available and simply include the current 1.6% surcharge in my pricing.

For my clients who already pay by card, there’s no extra cost, you’ve already been paying this amount.

Prefer cash or bank transfer? You’ll receive a 1.6% discount, keeping your payment at the original service price.

Wash your lashes daily with a proper lash cleanser/lash wash to actually remove oils and build-up from the lash line.

💕 A little reminder: Heavy mascara and eyeliner don’t just disappear after one quick wash. Lash extensions are designed to give you beautiful lashes without needing mascara. The less eye makeup around the lash line, the cleaner your lashes stay, the better your retention, and the more time I can spend creating your perfect set instead of removing makeup.

Noticing your lash retention has changed? There may be more to it than your lash routine.

Your natural lashes go through a growth cycle and certain medications, hormonal changes or even stress can affect how your lashes grow, shed and retain extensions.

If you’ve recently started a new medication, are pregnant, postpartum, going through peri-menopause/menopause or have a thyroid condition, you may notice changes in your lash retention.

This doesn’t mean lash extensions aren’t for you, it just means we may need to adjust your expectations, styling, refill schedule or aftercare to suit what’s happening with your natural lashes.
