💜 September Treadmill Challenge 💜
This month we are walking and talking on the treadmills together for our mental health! With this Thursday being our biggest walking day of the month! Join us as club Tuggerah will aim to walk 63km or more! You can challenge yourself to as much distance as you can!
The SPCC Young Parents College has started us off strong this week getting there steps in on Monday! Make sure you fill out our sign-off sheets to add your distance to our overall total! From this you can also go into the draw to win some cool prizes!!

🏆 Elliptical challenge Winner 🏆

We are saying goodbye to these winter months and saying hello to Spring! It’s time to get back into training as the weather warms up again and we are starting our focus with the core!
We have taken our core class back into the ab machine sections this past week! Great chance for you to learn how to use the machines and test out your core strength! Join us for one of our many core classes this week as we take you through a wide range of machines and floor exercises!

The challenge has been set by our members this time! How fast can you finish 1km on the ellipticals??
If you have been on them recently you know they are a leg burner! This one has had our hearts racing in classes!
The ellipticals are great on the joints, really works the legs and builds up that lactic acid burn! Have a go yourself! How fast do you think you can move those legs?

Our focus was strong in completing the elliptical challenge for the month of July! Whether you tried to beat each other to reach the furthest distance in 10mins or just consistently jumped on them for the month of July you have all been put in the draw for our $50 Tuggerah Westfield Grilled Voucher!!!

Make sure you attend the 5:30pm Burn class which will be running in our Circuit area tonight! Just in time for that delicious pizza to arrive!!
