I had the opportunity to attend the Hair Festival conference, courtesy of an invitation from Jonina of LOHY hair care, where I spent the past two days engaging with industry professionals. It was fantastic to connect with both familiar and new faces within the curly hair community. The conference featured insights from esteemed creative and business leaders, both within and outside our industry, all focused on supporting the future of our sector. Discussions encompassed topics such as artificial intelligence, mental health, and environmental sustainability, all within the context of delivering exceptional service in our unique industry. I am eager to apply the knowledge gained to my professional endeavors. What a remarkable weekend! Helen
