It’s been a little while since I’ve posted anything and I just wanted to share that I completed my level 1 bush flower essence workshop last w’end.. it was such a beautiful nourishing and enlightening weekend full of learning, expansion and connecting more deeply with the bush flower remedies. It really reignited my passion for these simple yet very effective vibrational remedies.

These remedies are amazing to help break negative emotional patterns, beliefs we have about ourselves and others. Sometimes these patterns can hold us in spaces that no longer align with who we are. These remedies can be an amazing support along with other modalities on your healing journey 🫶

They are safe enough to use on children and animals as well as adults. They work on the energetic body harmonising any imbalances gently and effectively.

Most energetic imbalances tend to have a physiological manifestation in the body… so although physical benefits may take longer to feel these remedies will still be effective in treating physical ailments as well.

It was a stunningly beautiful if not a little unpredictable night last night for my February full moon sacred women’s circle.

There was wind and lots of it 🤣 a couple of light showers 🌦️ lots of beautiful energising bursts of sunshine 🌻 a rainbow 🌈 and a gorgeous big bright full moon 🌕 but all up it was a perfectly imperfect night with all the elements getting together and putting on a show 🥳

I’ve always wanted to hold a circle on the beach and to say that it was something so special is an understatement. Being in nature near the water and on the sand really helps ground and centre our energy.. allowing a deeper connection to ourselves and all the magic that surrounds us.

Thank you to the beautiful women who braved the elements and attended… it was such a pleasure to share the sacred space with you 🙏💛✨

Well that’s a wrap for another massive year! Looking forward to a restorative break over Christmas and new year and I’ll be back offering treatments on Friday the 2nd of Jan.

I have a couple of updates to make about my business and adjustments moving forward into the festive season and new year 🫶

I’m will no longer working from Tribe six on Mondays and now will be working solely from home on Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturday morning by request.

It’s an exciting time as I look forward to putting all my time and energy into making the space I have even more beautiful. I have a new found appreciation of my work space and how lucky I am to have this beautiful cottage. I am about to embark on a journey to transform it to truely reflect the beauty that has always been within… but now I am finally able to see and feel the vision I want to create 🙏💛

So I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to all those that have supported me in the early stages of my business… even when I didn’t necessarily believe in what I had to offer. I appreciate every single one of you 🫶🫶🫶

On Thursday I had the honour of offering 10 minute neck and shoulder massages to a beautiful group of people from the Frankston, Mornington peninsula LLEN (local learning and employment network)

It was the last meeting of the year and a lovely group of teachers and careers advisers gathered together to learn and connect.

This was a thank you for all there hard work this year.. offering a beautiful space to rest and recharge.

It was such a lovely afternoon and I really enjoyed offering my services in the kind of environment.
