🔎 What happens if I need to cancel my appointment?
We completely understand that things come up! We simply ask for 24 hours notice where possible.
To make this easy… we send a friendly appointment confirmation 48 hours prior, giving you plenty of time to let us know if you need to make any changes.
Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the treatment price.
However, if we’re able to fill your appointment, the fee won’t apply.
