14 years of nursing, most of it spent in the emergency department - where the action is. Four years ago I decided to challenge myself and do something completely different. Aesthetics felt like the natural next step - still helping people feel their best, just not at the bedside.

I built Bobbi Ella Beauty because I wanted to challenge what aesthetics looked like. The industry felt so stereotypical - and when you look at me, I don’t fit the mould. Turns out, that’s exactly the point.

I’m the founder, the director - new mum, business owner, general chaos coordinator. 😄

Some would describe me as having a big heart - and I genuinely go out of my way for the people around me. I care deeply about every single client who walks through our doors and that will never change.

I used to be a social butterfly - these days life looks a little different. You’ll find me chasing my daughter around, sneaking off to a winery when I can, exploring our beautiful home state whenever we get the chance, or colour coding my to-do list at 11pm. 🍃🍷

Building Bobbi Ella Beauty has been a wild ride - it hasn’t always been easy, but it’s always been worth it. I feel so lucky to have my team and all of you along for it. 🤍

Four years of nursing under her belt, having spent the last two and a half years in the emergency department growing into the kind of nurse who makes you feel seen and cared for from the moment you walk in.

And that’s exactly the energy she brings to Bobbi Ella Beauty.
Warm, chatty and genuinely passionate about making every single person who walks through our doors feel comfortable, confident and supported - Nikki is the kind of person you didn’t know you needed until she’s looking after you.

Certified in aesthetic nursing and celebrating one year in the industry - continuing to expand her skills every step of the way.

Off duty you’ll find her exploring new places and soaking up quality time with the people she loves. 🌍🌞

Madelin brings the kind of bubbly energy that fills a room the moment she walks in - and a smile that you’d trust at the bedside without a second thought. That’s a rare thing, and our clients feel it every single time.

✔️This year was all about building, owning our growth and ticking off some seriously good goals - and it didn’t stop once our bubba arrived! My business has always been my first baby, and let’s be honest, both babies have kept me on my toes and up at night.
