Never like to write a negative post… can’t say I’ve written many either. But here we are.

I am so incredibly disappointed in the lack of respect that small business owners like myself receive sometimes. 🥺

I am not currently able to offer as many hours as I used to work (before maternity leave), at the moment I’m only working a few appointments each day and I have had an unreasonable amount of last minute cancellations, people not paying deposits and not replying to messages about whether they’re able to attend their appointment date/time or not.

I am more than understanding when it comes to life sometimes getting in the way of appointments, but when the same people are repeat offenders it becomes quite frustrating.

Please understand that this is my job. As much as I love doing lashes and spending time with all of my clients… it’s still work and it’s my only income. When you cancel so last minute I miss out on income because I could have filled this spot.

I have been taken advantage of lately and I am at wits end. I’m sure you will know who you are, and to my regular and loyal clients this is not aimed at you in any way please be assured.

I can’t thank all of you enough for all of your support over the last 4.5 years, it’s been amazing and I’m so sorry for the negative post but I just really want to remind people that I will not be treated like this anymore. I have a family to think about as well now.
