Unfortunately there has been an increase of cancellations" on the day " so I just wanted to pop this up 😊

✨ A Friendly Reminder About My Cancellation Policy ✨

To ensure I can continue providing the best service to all of my wonderful clients, I kindly ask that you give at least 24–48 hours' notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment.

My cancellation policy is as follows:
• Less than 24 hours' notice (including same-day cancellations): A 50% cancellation fee of the service booked will apply.
• No-shows: Clients who do not attend their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service booked.

As a solo hairdresser, every appointment time is reserved especially for you. Late cancellations and no-shows make it very difficult to fill that time and have a significant impact on my business.

Thank you so much for your understanding, support, and respect for my time. I truly appreciate every one of you and look forward to seeing you in the salon! 💕
