POV: You found your crew… and suddenly everything feels a little easier. 🖤💚
You learn that the first contact matters.
You learn how to assess quickly and work out what the athlete actually needs.
You learn about capacity buckets — and how to make the most of the time you have.
You learn that working in sport isn’t just about having good hands.
It’s communication.
It’s awareness.
It’s adaptability.
It’s knowing when to step in — and when to step back.
And then you realise…
You’re not just picking up shifts.
You’re getting better at your craft, surrounded by a community who get it.
That’s the ST Crew.
If you’re a massage therapist looking to work in sport, come find us. 🖤💚

A day in the life of S e l e n a 🐷 🖤💚
PT by day. Sports Massage Therapist by… well, pretty much the rest of the day. 😂
Selina gives us a little glimpse into what life can look like when you’re juggling training clients, treating teams and keeping up with everything in between.
It’s busy. It’s varied. It’s definitely not a 9–5.
And apparently, food is a very important part of the schedule. 😂
We love seeing the different paths our therapists take and how they bring their skills into the ST Crew.
Thanks for letting us tag along for the day, Selina! 🖤💚

A few hills I’ll die on for our crew. 🖤💚
These aren’t rules for the sake of rules.
They’re things I genuinely believe in.
I believe if you give your time, skills and trust to SMART Treatments, we have a responsibility to do the right thing by you too.
I believe work should fit into your life — not the other way around.
I believe asking for help should never feel like a weakness.
I believe you should be paid for the work you’ve done, without carrying the risk of someone else’s cash flow.
And I believe we’re better when we look after each other.
There are plenty more hills I could add to this list… but these are a pretty good place to start.
High standards. Good humans. Strong crew.
Those are the things I’ll keep standing behind. 🖤💚
If this sounds like the kind of crew you’d like to be part of, follow the page, keep an eye on what we’re building and say hello.
And if you’re already part of the crew, THANK YOU. You’re a big part of why these hills matter.
Ever wondered what it’s actually like working with 𝗦𝗠𝗔𝗥𝗧 𝗧𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀?
Proud of the crew we’ve built and the opportunities we get to create together. 🖤💚

Big thanks to for being part of the crew.
Last week I shared that running Technique Tune Ups might be my favourite part of what I do.
A very close second is getting to spoil the incredible MTs in our crew.
So now that 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐮𝐩𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐚𝐠 ☕️
…. and I couldn’t be more excited.
We’ve started the SMART Treatments Keep Cup Club.
A small thank you for the crew members who keep showing up, backing each other, and helping fill the cup that is SMART Treatments.
One went out last week… five more heading out today. 😍
Melbourne — you were elite today 💚
The focus.
The willingness to tweak the small details.
The pride in getting it right.
Technique days are my favourite because this is where the magic happens. Not on game day. Not in the busy clinic. But here — when we slow it down and choose to improve.
That mindset is what separates us.
Proud of you all.
Let’s keep raising the bar — together. 💚🖤
