What is plantar fasciitis?

👣Plantar fasciitis involves an inflammation of the tissue band that connects from the heel bone to the toes causing sharp pain and/or tenderness in the foot.

🏃🏽‍♀️This occurs through repetitive strain on the foot by excessive running, walking or incorrect footwear.

✅Along with stretching and strengthening exercises, massage therapy can help assist this pain by loosening the muscles and the fascia in the feet and calves to relieve the pain and help get you back on your feet again.

As I’m sure everyone is aware that regional NSW will be going into a complete lockdown, the clinic will still remain open.

NSW health have stated that remedial massage are named as essential health services giving that I adhere with the associations standards and procedures within the clinic.

Both the client and the therapist must wear a face mask at all times and I ask if you feel unwell to reschedule your appointment, stay home, stay safe and get tested.

I am excited to announce that I will be officially opening Enhance performance massage on Monday the 26th of July.
To begin with I will be accepting clients only on Monday and Tuesday’s.
I am so excited to start this new journey and to see what the future holds.
