�SALON POLICY �

�All new clients are required to put down a $100 booking fee, this is taken off total of Service. If appointment is canceled within 36hours of appointment this is non refundable. Booking fees are transferable if the appropriate notice is given.

�A text message is sent out 48 hours before your appointment, failing to give less than 24hours notice when canceling/rescheduling your appointment will result in a 50% cancellation fee. If you wish to reschedule your appointment, you will need to give adequate notice. No shows will not be rebooked and will result in a 100% cancellation fee. My late nights are booked months in advance, and letting me know, would be appreciated, so your appointment can be filled.

�Canceling 24 hours before your appointment, will result in you having to pay 50% of total service upfront when booking your next appointment. I do understand things happen, children get sick, you get sick etc. But please let me know if you are not going to make your appointment.

�Coming to your appointment late will result, in either your appointment being cut short. If this has occurred, a cancellation fee will apply to rebook your next appointment. Please keep in mind, if you run late, I run late. This is unfair to the next client and my self. Thank you for understanding.
