A little heartfelt thank you from me 💗

I just wanted to take a moment to say how incredibly grateful I am for the patience, kindness and understanding my beautiful patients have shown me over the past two weeks.

Sickness well and truly swept through our household, and unfortunately resulted in both of my twins being hospitalised on separate occasions. Between caring for my three little girls, hospital stays, rearranging appointments and navigating the third trimester of pregnancy myself, it has been a particularly challenging couple of weeks.

Behind Justine Aesthetic Studio is just me. 💗

I absolutely love what I do and I’m incredibly proud of the business I’ve built, but being a one-woman show means that when life unexpectedly happens, there isn’t another staff member behind the scenes who can simply step in. Every appointment, message, reschedule, treatment and piece of admin still comes back to me — while also being a mum and looking after my family.

I know that cancelled and rescheduled appointments can be frustrating, particularly when you’ve been looking forward to your treatment, and I never take your time or your support for granted.

To every patient who has replied with kindness, moved an appointment without hesitation, checked in on my girls, or simply given me a little grace while I’ve navigated the past fortnight — thank you. Truly.

Your patience and understanding have meant more to me than you probably realise.

Running a small business while raising a young family isn’t always perfectly polished behind the scenes, and these past two weeks have certainly reminded me of that. But I feel incredibly lucky to have built a business filled with such wonderful, supportive patients.

Thank you for supporting not only Justine Aesthetic Studio, but the mum and family behind it too. 💗

It’s almost time for me to swap the studio for newborn cuddles as we get ready to welcome our beautiful baby boy 🍼✨

I’ll officially be heading on maternity leave soon to soak up this incredibly special chapter with my family.

A huge thank you to every one of my beautiful patients for your love, support and well wishes throughout my pregnancy — and for continuing to trust me with your faces. It truly means more than you know. 🥹🤍
