Everyone is loving this Clarity blend at the moment! Must be a change of season thing. It’s a combination of Peppermint, Lavender, Grapefruit and Mandarin.
Excellent choice in the diffuser to help with brain fog, allergy symptoms and general flatness.

Beach Therapy!
The last 2 days haven’t been great, mentally and digestively ( this is so obviously intertwined )
It was so good to get out of the house and get some sunshine on my skin today.

Healing is better at HOME ❤️🩹
It’s so good to be unplugged from all that stuff and sleeping in my own bed.
Poor little Ruby was so out of sorts while I was in hospital. She saw me leave in an ambulance, she would have sensed the distress, and then she hadn’t seen me for what felt like an ETERNITY (in Dog hours)
Boy was she happy to see me!

“You never know what Life might throw at ya”
It’s easy to say that without thinking it will happen to YOU.
Today is the day I was due to go back to work and re-open the Clinic. I was looking forward to getting back to the work I love after a fabulous holiday in the UK
Instead, on Saturday, I end up in an ambulance being rushed to hospital and straight into emergency surgery for a twisted bowel 😢 My stomach has been cut right open to repair it, so this is no ‘walk in the park’ situation.
Apparently it’s just an unlucky thing that can happen to anybody.
Needless to say, I will be out of action for a long time yet.
Thankfully the Lhami store is still open and this will have to sustain me while I embark on the road to recovery ❤️🩹
