IMPORTANT BOOKING POLICY REMINDER 🩷

Over the last few weeks, I’ve unfortunately had an increase in no-shows, late cancellations and last-minute rescheduling. Because of this, I need to be a little firmer with my booking policies moving forward.

When you book an appointment, that time is reserved specifically for you. Last-minute changes and no-shows often leave me with an appointment that I simply don’t have enough time to refill.

♡ DEPOSITS & BOOKINGS
Where a deposit is required, your appointment is not secured or held until the deposit has been paid. If payment isn’t received, the appointment time will remain available for someone else to book.

♡ CARD DETAILS
For appointments booked through my online booking system, valid card details are required to secure your booking. Your card details are securely stored through the booking system and are used in accordance with the cancellation/no-show policy.

♡ NO-SHOWS
If you do not attend your appointment without notice, the full appointment fee will be charged. Any outstanding no-show fees must be paid before another appointment will be accepted.

♡ LATE CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
I completely understand that things happen, but please give me as much notice as possible if you need to change your appointment. Late cancellations and last-minute rescheduling may incur a fee.

♡ REPEATED RESCHEDULING
Repeated last-minute changes may result in future appointments requiring full or partial prepayment before a booking will be accepted.

These policies aren’t here to be harsh — they are there to protect my time and my business. I always try to be understanding when genuine circumstances arise, but I also need my appointment times to be respected.

By making an appointment with Lae’s Lash and Beauty, you are agreeing to the booking and cancellation policies.
