DMH HAIR SALON

So this week my business (me) has been the topic of some very negative comments on wangaratta community noticeboard. To the point of saying I was "aggressively rude". And that I sent a member of the public out in tears.
To say this has upset me, is an understatement.
In my 32 years of hairdressing, I strive every single day to be the best I possibly can, to make your time in my chair an enjoyable experience. I believe I greet every person that enters my salon, like they pay my wages every week, even those just making an inquiry.
I don't understand, how explaining to a complete stranger, that " I'm sorry I'm unable to help you, today or anytime soon" is rude, let alone aggressively rude.
So to my loyal clients thankyou from the bottom of my heart for being loyal clients and often friends. And to Robin for your flowers today, your gesture meant the world to me and cheered me up immensely.
As for the person responsible for making me want to end my career in hairdressing, I'm sorry you were having a bad day, and that I became the person you felt you needed to belittle and be nasty towards, I can only hope no one else ever encounters you.
