To protect our time and ensure we can continue offering appointments to all our lovely clients, we have a 48-hour cancellation policy in place.
✨ 50% deposit required to secure your appointment
Your deposit comes off your total bill at the end of your appointment.
❌ Cancellation/no-show within 48 hours:
If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours or don’t attend your appointment, your deposit will not be refunded.
💗 If you give us 48+ hours’ notice:
Your deposit will stay safely on your account and be transferred to your next appointment.
We truly appreciate your understanding and respect for our time. Every appointment is time set aside especially for you, and late cancellations/no-shows can make it very difficult for us to fill that space.
