At Smile Colab, a dental visit is about so much more than checking teeth.

Here is Beth introducing one of our young patients to Koko the Koala, our much loved Smile Colab mascot and the star of our “Where’s Koko?” game.

Before each children’s clinic, Koko is hidden somewhere new for our little Smile Scouts to discover. Just like a real life “Where’s Wally?”, children can explore the space, search for Koko and enjoy a playful moment before their appointment begins.

It helps make the environment feel less clinical, gives children something fun to focus on and turns each visit into an experience they can look forward to.

Our aim is to create:

✨ More confidence with every visit
✨ Happy memories connected to dental care
✨ A reason to feel excited about coming back

At Smile Colab, we're creating a completely different dental experience for children.

🌿 A calm, welcoming space inside the BCP Hub, designed to feel warm, relaxed and anything but clinical.

🐨 Meet Koko, our cheeky koala mascot who loves playing hide-and-seek around the clinic. Before every appointment, little ones can see if they can find Koko hiding somewhere new!

📸 Every visit, your child will have a special photo taken with Koko and their Smile Colab practitioner as we begin capturing their Smile Journey and helping you track , creating beautiful keepsake memories as they grow.

We're not just caring for little teeth. We're helping children build confidence, positive memories and a lifetime of healthy smiles.

This Thursday we have 2 appointment for:

👧 Children's check-up $45 or FREE with any adult appointment.

The short answer... No! 💙
Parents are often surprised to learn that modern digital dental X-rays use extremely low levels of radiation, making them a safe and essential part of your child's dental care.
✨ Dental X-rays help us:
✔️ Detect cavities before they're visible
✔️ Check how adult teeth are developing
✔️ Find hidden infections or abscesses
✔️ Monitor jaw and bone growth
✔️ Prevent small problems from becoming big (and expensive!)
Skipping X-rays can mean missing problems that simply can't be seen during a normal examination.
At Smile Colab, we only take X-rays when they're clinically necessary and always follow the ALARA principle, keeping radiation exposure As Low As Reasonably Achievable.

Friday was another fantastic day serving the community in Warners Bay! ✨
