Somehow in all the chaos of salon life and home life, I completely missed a huge milestone…
On 10/10/25, Alchemy quietly turned 10 years old.

Hitting a decade of running my own small business is something that fills me with so much pride. This space has been a dream of mine for as long as I can remember, and to see it grow, evolve, and hold so many stories over the years has been nothing short of magic.

Sharing my craft with all of you, watching clients become community, and passing on my skills to my staff—guiding the next generation—has been the greatest highlight of this whole journey. It hasn’t always been easy. There have been late nights, hard lessons, and moments that stretched me… but I wouldn’t change a thing.

I’ve learned more about myself through this work than I ever expected, and I’m so grateful to everyone who has been part of Alchemy’s story.
Thank you for ten incredible years. Here’s to whatever comes next.

New year, new look

As always with this time of year, we are called to reflect on our journey and the growth we have experienced. I am deeply grateful to all who have joined us in our sacred space of Alchemy this year. Jack has diligently honed his barbering skills while establishing a presence in our Popup barber van in Koroit. I have had a whirlwind year of growth and abundance and despite the challenging period leading up to the holidays, I have given my utmost effort and have still been able to flow with the universe.

Now, we take a sacred pause for three weeks to reconnect with our inner selves and to share meaningful moments with loved ones.

We will return in the new year, ready to embrace the fresh energy and possibilities, on January 14
