Our Day Spa offers an extensive range of relaxation massage and beauty treatments for both men and women, including facials, body therapies, packages, couple's treatments and mineral baths. The geothermal water is from a unique and ancient water source known as the Dilwyn Aquifier. This naturally therapeutic water is rich in health restoring minerals & heat with temperatures ranging from 38C - 41C. Say hello to Alex - as a busy mum, she understands that finding time for yourself can often feel like the last thing on the to-do list. That’s why from the moment you step into her treatment room, she’s passionate about making guests feel cared for. Known for her gentle nature and attention to detail, she loves tailoring the treatment to what the individual needs, taking pride in helping guests carve out time that is entirely their own.
~ How long have you been a therapist for? I’ve been a therapist for 11 years which is crazy to think about!
~Favourite treatment atm at the day spa? The Renewal, as you get a little bit of everything, or Fragonia &
Bergamot Veil, because I love a good scalp massage
~What’s your go-to self care ritual? A walk with headphones on and my favourite audiobook playing and then a good soak in a bath
~What does your ideal day off look like? A sleep in, a gym session with my husband, taking our son to the pool, then an afternoon at home baking, all the GF treats!
