Being a massage therapist is about so much more than relieving sore muscles.

It's about creating a space where people can exhale... Where they feel safe enough to let go of the stress they've been carrying and actually be able to switch off and relax...

Every person that walks through my door has their own story. Some come with physical pain, others with emotional exhaustion, and many simply need some time to reconnect and take a much needed deep breathe.. I watch as they leave a different person from when they first walked in and that makes me feel fulfilled. 🤍

Whether you're seeking relief from pain and tension, recovery from a busy and stressful week, or simply need some time to rest and reset. I'm here for you!

Make your booking today to shift from "fight or flight" into "rest and restore" and leave feeling lighter, calmer and relieved from those aching muscles. 🙌🌿

✨️A HEARTFELT THANKYOU✨️

To all my beautiful clients, thank you from the bottom of my heart for your ongoing support, trust, and kind words. Every piece of positive feedback means so much and reminds me why I love what I do.

It's a privilege to be part of your wellness journey, whether you're seeking relaxation, relief from pain, or simply taking time for yourself.

If you've enjoyed your experience at Salt & Stone Massage, I would be incredibly grateful if you could take a moment to leave a review and share your experience. Your feedback not only supports my small business but also helps others feel confident in choosing the right therapist for their needs.

Thank you for allowing me to do what I love everyday. I truly appreciate each and every one of you.
