Top Skincare Tips!!

1. Water is so important to help you skin stay hydrated and to flush out any toxins in your body to promote clear skin! Drink at least 2L a day!

2. Wear sunscreen daily, the sun is one of the biggest causes ageing, wrinkles and sunspots in the skin! Apply mixed with a moisturiser in the morning

3. Exfoliating increase cell turnover rate which allows for smoother, clearer skin and help create a more even skin tone

4. Moisturising day and night is very important to prevent dryness and dehydration. Apply especially after a shower to prevent that tight and dry feeling.
Even oily type skin need to moisturise to prevent skin from producing more oil to compensate for lack for moisture. Just opt for a non oily moisturiser ☺️

5. Double cleansing is important to give the skin a proper cleanse. The first facial wash is to remove the top layer of dirt/makeup and oil and the second is too actually clean out the pores properly ready for serums and moisturisers to properly work into the skin
