This is an awesome visual. Take a look at the knee... there's not a lot going on there. The main functions are flexion, extension and existing between your hips and your ankles to keep your 🍑 off the floor when you walk 🤷🏼‍♀️🚶🏻‍♀️
When we have problems in a stability zone we need to look at the function of the mobile joints above ⬆️ and below ⬇️ to see where the dysfunction lies. Let's improve control from the top down and bottom up and help out that knee 👍
