Selecting this year’s ram offering.
Ben Patrick and Brad Wilson were at Bella Lana assessing this year’s rams ahead of the upcoming Ram Sale.
The 2026 cohort is showing strong phenotypical traits, with continued gains across the breeding objective - including improvements in fat and muscle while maintaining a focus on fibre diameter.
It’s encouraging to see the results of a balanced, long-term breeding approach coming through in this year’s offering.
