Tamika’s best advice for summer hair care ☀️✨

“Summer is all about protecting your crown. The sun, salt water, and chlorine can dry your hair out fast — so hydration is EVERYTHING. Deep condition weekly, use a leave-in with UV protection, and don’t skip your haircuts .
Protective products are your best friend, but your scalp still needs love too — keep it clean and moisturized. And drink lots of water !! Healthy hair starts from within.”
