This weeks availability. I am here for the next 2 weeks (until I move locations) Monday evenings, Thursday and Friday mornings. If you can’t see an available time that suits you then please message me. I can put you in the waitlist. Lots of sickness going around so a lot of rescheduling happening at the moment.

Recalibrating my table height because I’m not always perfect.
Lately I’ve had some wrist pain, lower back tension and more upper back tightness than usual… which is usually my sign I’ve let something slip.
Been doing a bit too much, got tired, then got a bit lazy with my setup.
Saw post about table height and that was enough to pull me up and recheck things.
I need longevity in this job; for treating and just life in general. No time for avoidable injuries. Is the table height perfect? I don’t know 🤷♀️ I will wait for my client to arrive and recheck 😉
