COVID-19 PLAN & POLICIES

For everyone’s safety Lash’t By Shay will be following all NSW health orders upon re-opening.

1. Please arrive to your appointment on time. If you are early please wait in the car to avoid overlapping with other clients. If you are running late please message me ASAP. If you are over 15 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled.
2. Masks are mandatory and must be worn upon arrival.
3. Please arrive alone.
4. Please bring your phone so you can scan in with the QR Code before your appointment.
5. For everyone’s safety please do not arrive to your appointment unwell. If you are feeling unwell please contact me beforehand and I will reschedule your appointment.
6. Please sanitise upon arrival. I will also ask that you remove shoes and will check your temperature.
7. Please confirm your appointment when you receive an email the night before.
8. Along with the confirmation email, you will also need to attach your COVID-19 Vaccination certificate until December 1st.
