APPOINTMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

At Marble & Lace, your appointment time is reserved especially for you. As a small appointment-based business, late cancellations and missed appointments leave a space that often cannot be filled at short notice.

🌟Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the booked treatment value.

🌟No-Shows
Failure to attend your appointment without notice will incur a fee of 100% of the booked treatment value.

Any outstanding cancellation or no-show fees must be paid before another appointment can be booked. Future bookings may also require full prepayment.

🌟Running Late
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are late, your treatment may need to be shortened or adjusted to avoid impacting the next client. The full treatment price will still apply.

🌟Appointment Reminders
Appointment reminders are sent as a courtesy. It remains the client’s responsibility to remember and manage their booking.

🌟Life Happens
I understand that genuine emergencies and unexpected circumstances happen. These situations will always be considered individually.

After spending the weekend in Sydney at Beauty Expo Australia Beauty Expo Australia and the Derma Aesthetics Beyond the Barrier Conference, I came home feeling inspired, educated and deeply reassured.

So much of the conference focused on corneotherapy, skin longevity, barrier-first treatment and the connection between the nervous system and skin health.

These aren’t new concepts at Marble & Lace—and they certainly aren’t buzzwords we have recently adopted.

They are the foundation of how I have treated your skin for some time now!

The barrier has always been our priority. We work with the skin’s natural structure and function rather than constantly stripping, disrupting or fighting against it for a temporary result.

The conference also reinforced something I feel incredibly strongly about: touch is not simply a “nice extra fluff” during a facial.

Intentional touch, warmth and helping your body move away from a constant state of stress are meaningful parts of your treatment. You don’t need to choose between results-driven skin therapy and feeling deeply cared for at M&L

Science and sanctuary can—and should—exist together.

I didn’t come home wanting to change the Marble & Lace philosophy. I came home even more confident in it and excited to continue bringing everything I learn back into the treatment room.

A very special thank you to the entire derma.aesthetics_ team for creating such an incredible day and bringing so many industry professionals together in one room, with so much knowledge so generously shared.
