In 1998 Peter opened a salon in Wheelers Hill Shopping where he stayed until 2002. In 2010 Mel, who took over the family business, opened Starfas Hair Design in the South Yarra Arcade, Toorak Road. Mel has been hairdressing since 2005 and has had extensive in salon training and also participated in various cutting, colouring, styling and business courses and seminars throughout her years of hairdressing. She maintains this standard to keep up to date with the latest fashion trends and looks across the world. Mel has completed her Goldwell Colour Passport which is recognised around the world and this is evident in her creative work. Mel also likes to compete in fashion competitions as it also keeps her motivated and inspired. Michelle joined STARFAS in 2020 and has over 26 years of experience. She has completed numerous courses in Matrix and has extensive knowledge in Schwarzkopf. Michelle has completed several American Crew men’s cutting courses and has great hair and product knowledge. She loves to be creative and keep up with all of the latest trends. Her passion is creative cutting and styling. Starfas Hair Design is a Keune professional salon.
