Working them LATS 🌶️ I’ve been working with this client post shoulder surgery (10 months ago) to improve shoulder and neck range of motion, and of course reduce muscular tension in similar areas. Clients main goals include: to perform overhead movements such as snatches, reduce neck pain which results in intense headaches and limit performance in all areas and to improve general shoulder strength with full ROM ⚡️ here is a small snippet of our session today, lengthening through the latissimus dorsi, rotator cuffs and tricep on the surgery shoulder!
