Surprise!!

We have managed to get through this winter relatively unscathed by cold and flu this winter , however, this week a particularly nasty strain of flu attempted to infiltrate my home!

Bubs was misdiagnosed with an ear infection on tues.. now after a second opinion I now know he has a bad case of the flu! I made him up a roller ball version of the flu bomb and he is slowly improving. It's so hard when they can't tell you what's going on in their little bodies 😢

With a very sooky bubba hanging off me it was only a matter of time until I began to feel the symptoms starting on Wednesday night. Im the Mum!! I can't get sick!! I got straight onto my lurgy with some flu bombs. This meant my flu didn't get any worse than a headache and a blocked nose for 24hrs and this morning I'm feeling almost 100%!

There are natural alternatives to the chemist cold and flu tablets that actually help you to get better by treating the actual cause and not just masking the symptoms.
