The business has grown from strength to strength in repeat business, brand & client loyalty and recognition in both the local and national market. At FOSTER & CO we care about everything and this has helped build strong relationships, and trust within our business. Our company culture is one that places the client first and foremost, one that embraces you. Our salon policy from day 1,that still remains is we never double book or “squeeze” appointments in. With a loyal client base,most making their next 2 or 3 appointments in advance allows for a calm,smooth running and relaxing vibe. With a firm structured approach to booking,this allows consistency for clients to know how long they will be in salon each visit. At FOSTER & CO an essential part of our business is our involvement with our local and wider community. We feel that the support we are so blessed to be able to provide to numerous charities via both monetary and engagement initiatives is vital, and is an important extension of our belief that everyone who is able should give back.
