✨ Salon Update – Please Read ✨

To continue providing the best possible service and maintain a healthy work-life balance, I wanted to let you know about a few important changes coming into effect from June.

📅 New Salon Opening Hours

Tuesday: 9:00am – 7:00pm
Wednesday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
Thursday: 9:00am – 7:00pm
Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
Saturday: 8:00am – 3:00pm

Please note that the salon will now be closed on Mondays.

💳 Updated Cancellation Policy

To help protect appointment availability and reduce last-minute gaps in the diary, my cancellation policy has been updated.

• A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for cancellations or appointment changes.
• Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, as well as no-shows, will incur a 50% charge of the booked service.
• A 50% booking deposit will be required for all new clients and may be requested for existing clients at therapist discretion.

💷 Price Adjustment

There will be a gentle price increase from June. This adjustment allows me to continue providing high-quality products, services, and education while maintaining the standards you expect.

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you, and last-minute cancellations or missed appointments can make it difficult to accommodate other clients waiting for availability.

Going forward, I kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to appointments

Please note:
• Appointments cancelled/rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 30% late cancellation fee
• Clients who do not attend their appointment without notice (“no-shows”) will be charged a 50% fee.

As a small business, missed appointments have a significant impact, and this policy helps protect the time reserved especially for you.

Still working with the same shades we went in with half head foils carefully placed. Some airtouched some chuncky weaves and some babylights..

There was alot going on here and all my lady wanted was to be lighter, get rid off all the previous lifting that went very warm and have a bright face frame.

These foils went in, some chuncky and airtouched and some smaller finer weaves.

Pearl toner is wat we went for as ash wasn't exactly what we wanted . Moisture treatment tidy up trim and blowdry 💇🏼‍♀️

Im pleased to say this young lady mannaged to fall inlove with her hair again😊
