❌CANCELLATION POLICY❌
After being let down so many times these past few weeks, we feel we have no other choice but to update our booking/cancellation policy. When you make a booking you are agreeing to our booking policy and terms. This can be found on our website. Whether you book online or on the phone, to secure your appointment we will ask you for a credit/debit card to complete your booking - our system is secure and you will only need to provide this to us once. Alternatively, you can create an account through our booking system Vagaro and save your card details if you feel uncomfortable sharing your information over the phone.
A charge of 50% of the booking cost will be charged to your card if your booking is equivalent to or over $50. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment under 24 hours you will forfeit your booking terms and lose your deposit.
Not showing up to your appointment without notifying us will result in 100% fee of the service booked.

As said by another business owner in the Hawkesbury, one of the most rewarding aspects of being a business owner is being able to provide jobs for women within our community. When cancellations occur last minute it means our staff get less rostered hours, and decrease of income to support their families and lifestyles. From a business stand point, we’ve come out of the toughest 3 years with the dreaded ‘C’ word and “once in a 100 year” floods. Need I say more.

We completely understand that sometimes life happens. We simply ask you give us as much notice as possible. If you have forgotten about your appointment, please don’t ignore us when we call.
This is not to offend anyone, it is just a little reminder that this is a huge disruption to business and to clients who want to come and can’t.
