Medi Jelly

We are taking a short break in July!

It's been a tough few seasons, and now that our bees are hibernating over winter, we are going to take a few weeks offline, which means we won't be sending out honey orders in July.  Order now*, up to the 30th June to receive your order before we take this time out. Orders will resume 1st August.

Thanks for the support 🍯💛

We specialise in producing high quality Australian manuka honey, but we also produce raw bush honey, primarily from the nectar collected by bees foraging on grey Ironbark eucalyptus found in our area in the Mid Coast region of NSW.

We sell in bulk buckets, to bakeries, brewers, butchers, as well as to food co-ops and families looking to buy in bulk and share.

We always love to hear first hand how our customers use and benefit from Medijelly. We are so glad to be able to help people of all ages heal with this special honey.

Manuka honey is a gentle, natural solution that helps calm and heal irritated skin.

2️⃣ Gentle & Safe: 100% natural and safe for sensitive skin, making it ideal for delicate baby skin and adults with irritation.
3️⃣ Promotes Healing: Helps speed up the healing process of inflamed skin, providing relief from conditions like eczema, rashes, and more.
4️⃣ Hydrates & Nourishes: Its moisturizing properties leave skin soft, smooth, and nourished, without any harsh chemicals.

Extracting honey means we get to harvest beautiful beeswax. 🐝🐝🐝

Each year from September to January our bees work tirelessly foraging amongst coastal heath in search of nectar from native Leptospermum plants which have the unique Non-Peroxide (MGO) Activity characteristics that Manuka Honey is famous for.

Looking after millions of Honey Bees, working at multiple locations along the mid north coast of NSW, deeply dedicated to bringing you delicious and healthy Medi Jelly Bio-Active Manuka Honey, Peter is responsible for our beekeeping operation.

This is a small, family owned and operated business, dedicated to learning and pioneering the production of increasingly strong Manuka honey here in Australia, from our Native Leptospermum plants.

Our goal is to provide consumers with a high quality product at affordable prices so that people can afford to have access to this incredible product, and get the benefits of regular Manuka use.

It's that magical time of year again!

It's not easy being a farmer and having to surrender to the weather and all of the ups and downs that farmers everywhere experience. Sometimes it can be years between a "good season", but we love what we do, we love the bees, and the magical wetlands where most of our Medijelly is produced. Feeling grateful today.
