'Thanks for your help recently in sourcing pellets for our Salzburg pellet heater. We have been using these for a little while now and I wanted to write to you both in the light of that to note how fantastic they are. This is now our third brand of pellets since having the heater installed, and is by far the best.

We will be repeat customers and I hope the word gets out there. This is a great product.'

Always nice to hear great feedback, we are very proud of the quality product that we produce. Quality control is just one of the many benefits of being a small production in a family run business.

Property was purchase a couple of years ago with the intention of replacing existing pellet heater. Have loved the efficiency & ease of use of pellets that the heater is here to stay.
