Hi. Welcome!!! My name is Addi M and I am currently 10 years old and love to sew. I have started making bean packs that can be heated or cooled to use as a therapy pack. The organic beans inside the pack can be put in the microwave and used as a heat pack on your aches and pains or just to warm you up. This pack can also be placed in the freezer for 10 hours and used as a cold pack on swollen joints and muscles or to cool you down.
The packs are placed inside colourful covers I have made that can be removed for washing to keep it fresh. (Please do not wash the packs with beans).
