Hello everyone!
I just thought I'd jump on and have a talk about our phones.
I am really disappointed that some people have been quite unpleasant with trying to get in contact with me .

More often than not, I have not been able to answer the phones during the days, in saying that at the end of the day (unless it's past 8pm out of courtesy to you) I will sit down and return your calls.
I understand that it is frustrating but it's all I can do at this moment in time due to being so super busy.
Messages, I have been trying to respond to everyone at the end of the day also and have not been answering them on my day off as I am spending time with my baby.
Please keep in mind when I do not answer the phone that I have been working 12 hour days, often with not even time to eat.

If you call an do not get an answer on our work days (Wednesday,Thursday,Friday,Saturday)I will call you back when I get a chance, this may even be before I open the salon the next day.
