One of the biggest misconceptions about scar revision and scar camouflage is expecting the final result immediately. Your skin continues to heal, remodel and regenerate long after your appointment.

Here’s what to expect:

✨ Days 1–3: Redness, swelling and tenderness are completely normal.
✨ Days 4–10: The area may feel dry, flaky or itchy as your skin repairs itself.
✨ Weeks 2–4: Things begin to settle, but don’t be discouraged if the result looks darker, this is a normal part of healing.
✨ Weeks 6–8: Your collagen remodelling is well underway, pigment has settled, and you’ll start to see a much better indication of your results.
