I do get cancellations from time to time, so please feel free to add yourself to my cancellation list through my booking system, or PM me directly and I can pop you on the list.

I definitely recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment, especially as we head into the busy season. My booking system opens 8 weeks in advance.

● A little reminder:
Please don’t forget to respond to the confirmation text sent 2 days before your appointment. This gives me enough time to fill your appointment if you can no longer make it.

As we head into the busy season, please remember that no-shows and late cancellations will incur a fee. I really appreciate your understanding, as those last-minute gaps can be extremely difficult to fill.

●GROUP BOOKING ETIQUETTE — PLEASE READ ●

Group bookings are always welcome at She Wolf, and I absolutely love tanning you all together! But there are a few important things I need you to know when making a group booking.

🖤 Please book for the exact number of people attending.
When making your booking, please let me know exactly how many people will be coming. This allows me to reserve and allocate enough time for everyone in your group.

🖤 Please arrive together.
For group bookings, I need everyone to arrive at the same time. Before tanning, I run through important product information, skin analysis and colour theory with the group so I can make sure I’m selecting the correct solution for each person’s skin tone and desired result.

🖤 4 day confirmation message
I’ll send a message approximately 4 days before your appointment to confirm your final numbers. This is because I have specifically reserved that time for your group and need to make sure I have enough appointment time available for everyone.

🖤 Changes on the day
If someone from your group doesn’t attend on the day, the appointment time has still been reserved for that person. Therefore, the booking fee for the originally booked number of people will still apply, even if the final number attending is lower.

🖤 Plenty of room for everyone!
There is absolutely no need to stagger your arrival times. I have a privacy curtain in the salon, so everyone can be in the salon together while individual tans are being completed.

👧🏼 Bringing the kids? No problem!
I have a little children’s area with toys and activities, so your little ones are welcome to come along. I just ask that children are supervised and that toys, furniture and salon items are treated respectfully so the space stays lovely for everyone.

These little guidelines simply help me keep group appointments running smoothly, fairly and on time. while making sure everyone gets the full She Wolf experience. 🐺✨

ANNOYING... WHY DOES YOUR TAN TAKE 25 HOURS TO FULLY DEVELOP?

Ever had a shower after your spray tan and thought, “That’s it? It looks so light!” 😫

Here’s the science behind it

When you’re spray tanned, the solution contains DHA (dihydroxyacetone). DHA reacts with amino acids in the proteins found in the outermost layer of your skin. This reaction is called the Maillard reaction, and it’s what creates your tan colour.

🚿 Your first shower only removes the cosmetic bronzer and excess solution sitting on the surface of your skin.

The DHA that has already absorbed into the outer layers of your skin continues reacting with your skin after you shower.

That means your colour can continue to deepen and settle for many hours sometimes up to 24–25 hours, depending on your individual skin chemistry, hydration, skin pH and the tanning solution used.

✨ This is why your rinse colour is NOT your final colour.

So if you shower and think your tan looks too light, DON’T PANIC! 😂

Give it time to develop before judging the finished result.

And remember: everyone's skin develops differently. Two people can have the exact same solution applied and still develop slightly different colours.

Trust the process. Let your tan develop.

I do recommend getting a tan 2 days prior to any important event so your tan has fully developed & settled.
