Low-calorie (in other words, dietary) sweets are those that can be consumed even on a strict diet. Sugary foods are known to promote the production of the "happiness hormone", and its absence can lead to stressful situations.

A few simple tips

Even low-calorie sweets should not be consumed more than several times a week.
They should be eaten for breakfast, no later than. Thus, during the day, additional calories will have time to be consumed, and the released energy will help you to cheer up faster.
Artificial sweeteners should be avoided. They only help stimulate appetite.
Dark chocolate can dull the urge to eat too much, it is low in calories and will not bring extra pounds with it. It is difficult to eat a lot of it. It is able to bring no less pleasure than the dairy one familiar to many.
In homemade baked goods, wheat flour is replaced by flax flour. It contains fiber, which dulls hunger and is not as high in calories.
Diet sweets should not exceed 10% of the daily calorie intake.
List of products

Black or hot chocolate. The benefits of these products have been proven (production of endorphins), but dark chocolate should be chosen with at least 78% cocoa beans in the composition and necessarily low in sugar.
Marshmallow or marshmallow yogurt (homemade). Proteins, eggs, sugar and gelatin are the main ingredients of this simple dessert, and berries can also be added to them. Marshmallow yogurt can serve as a complete breakfast.
Marmalade. When choosing store-bought marmalade, you should refrain from being sprinkled with sugar, it should look more like jelly. Such marmalade will not be too high in calories.
Dried fruits (figs, dried apricots, apples, pears, prunes). They not only supply the body with vitamins, but also well interrupt the feelings of hunger (they can be used as a snack). They contain carbohydrates that are quickly burned by the body.
Ice cream. Filler-free and low in fat, high in calcium - this is how it promotes additional fat burning. But you should not abuse it: no more than 2 times a week.
Oatmeal cookies. Saturated with useful elements, it is quite acceptable in the diet.
Gingerbread cookies, wholemeal cookies and carrot cakes (homemade).
Yoghurts. No added fruits, preservatives or sugar.
Cheesecakes (choose cottage cheese with the lowest percentage of fat). Can be used as a full breakfast.
Honey and halva. Despite the high calorie content, they are very useful. Honey added to warm water helps to speed up the metabolism. Such products improve digestion, cleanse the liver, strengthen the immune system, and increase overall tone.
Fruit mousses, jellies, salads (apples, grapes, kiwi and grapefruit are prohibited).
Absolutely any sweets can become dietary, if you use them at the right time of the day and do not overdo it with the amount.
